General Shipping Guidelines
PACKAGING: All orders are packaged securely to maintain product integrity during transit.
Our UK shipping is automated with Royal Mail, we do not and cannot check for mistakes on every delivery address for every order, so it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to check that the Shipping/Delivery address they give to us is correct.
When using payment options like Apple Pay, they will use the last updated address that is registered with them, even though you might not live at that address anymore.
Please double check the delivery address for your order once the payment option has been chosen, along with checking your delivery address on the order confirmation email you will receive from us.
ADDRESS ACCURACY: Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
DrillBuddy UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, please check the address prior to completing your order.
If you realise the shipping address is incorrect after order submission, please contact us as soon as possible so as we can amend prior to processing.
RE-SHIPPING UK: If an incorrect UK address is entered at the time of ordering and the order is shipped and returned to us, you will be required to pay a reshipping, repacking and handling cost of £3.95 to have the order redelivered to the correct address.
REFUND OPTION: If an incorrect UK address is entered at the time of ordering and the order is shipped, then returned to us, you will have the option for a refund, however, please be aware, a non negotiable initial handling, packing and shipping cost of £3.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please, please, make sure your Shipping/Delivery address is correct.
DELAYS: While we endeavour to dispatch orders promptly, external factors such as failed internet connection, severe weather, customs, or courier disruptions may affect delivery times.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
We always recommend that you choose a tracked service for your delivery in the UK , as little as £0.75 is a great deal for peace of mind.
If an order is lost in transit and you have used a Tracked delivery option, we will send you out a replacement order the next working day as we can file a claim with Royal Mail.
Please note: DrillBuddy UK Ltd will not be held responsible for the loss of untracked orders.

UK SHIPPING
CARRIER: We primarily use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.
DISPATCH TIMES: Orders placed by 9.30am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 9.30am Friday or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Good Friday & Bank holiday Monday collections will be Tuesdays.
Urgent Special Requests for Expedited Delivery: If you urgently need your item on a Tracked24 after the 9.30am cut off time and prior to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, please just call me after you have placed your order including Tracked24 shipping.
I can get Special Request orders taken to the local Post Office.
DELIVERY TIME: Royal Mail 2nd Class typically delivers within 3 working days after dispatch.
Tracked24 typically delivers the next working day after dispatch.
We always recommend upgrading to a tracked service to follow your shipment’s progress.

TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS: A tracking number will be provided by Royal Mail for both Tracked48 and Tracked24 orders so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Royal Mail also sends SMS & email notifications about your parcel’s progress.
SHIPPING COST: One standard UK delivery cost with the options of upgrading to Tracked48 or Tracked24 at checkout.
A Royal Mail Tracked48 service is always recommended for peace of mind.
FREE Tracked48 shipping promotions apply on all orders over £25 after any discounts applied.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
COURIERS USED: We ship internationally using reputable couriers depending on your location.
DISPATCH TIMES: We have collections for International orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Orders placed by 10am (GMT) on these days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside these hours or on weekends will be processed and sent on the next collection day.
Bank holiday Monday collections will be Tuesdays.
DELIVERY TIME: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, ranging from 7 to 14 working days depending on destination, courier services and customs clearance.
TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS: Most international shipping methods include tracking..
CUSTOMS & DUTIES: Our product is low cost and should not incur import fees, however, some International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING COST: International orders incur one low Shipping / Delivery cost for all orders.
You will only pay one amount for shipping for as many items as you want.
For example: buy a single XtraHand and the shipping to the US or Canada will be £7 but you could also buy 2 or 20 and the shipping will remain at just £7.
A great way to share a single shipping cost with friends, family or colleagues.
Please note: We do not currently ship to Asia or South America
