UK Delivery.

Standard Royal Mail 2nd class delivery is £1.99 on all orders under £25 with the options to upgrade to Tracked48 or Tracked24 at checkout.

All orders over £25 receive Free Royal Mail Tracked48 delivery with the option to upgrade to Tracked24 at checkout.

We endeavour to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase on weekdays, Royal mail collects from us at 9.30am weekdays.

We try and process all orders placed before 9.30am Monday – Friday so they will be sent the same day, all orders placed after midday will be shipped the next day, except on Friday, these orders will be processed and shipped by midday on Monday.

Good Friday & Bank holiday Monday collections will be Tuesdays.

Urgent Special Requests for Expedited Delivery: If you urgently need your item on a Tracked24 after the 9.30am cut off time and prior to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, please just call me after you have placed your order including Tracked24 shipping.

I can get Special Request orders taken to the local Post Office.

International orders will begin again in May 2025

International orders, one low Shipping / Delivery cost for all orders.
You will only pay one amount for shipping for as many items as you want.

For example: buy a single XtraHand and the shipping to the US or Canada will be £7 but you could also buy 2 or 20 and the shipping will remain at just £7

International shipments are collected by the couriers on Mondays and Thursdays, with delivery taking between 5 – 10 working days dependant on the destination.

A great way to share a single shipping cost with friends, family or colleagues.

Please note: We do not currently ship to Asia or South America

Our UK shipping is automated with Royal Mail, we do not and cannot check for mistakes on every delivery address for every order, so it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to check that the Shipping/Delivery address they give to us is correct.

ADDRESS ACCURACY: Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. DrillBuddy UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was supplied by the customer, please check the address prior to completing your order. If you realise the shipping address is incorrect after order submission, please contact us as soon as possible so as we can amend prior to processing.

RE-SHIPPING UK: If an incorrect UK address is entered at the time of ordering and the order is shipped and returned to us, you will be required to pay a reshipping, repacking and handling cost of £3.95 to have the order redelivered to the correct address.

REFUND OPTION: If an incorrect UK address is entered at the time of ordering and the order is shipped, then returned to us, you will have the option for a refund, however, please be aware, a non negotiable initial handling, packing and shipping cost of £3.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
